I've had a *GREAT* birthday weekend so far! It started out with going out to the Getty (well this wasn't officially part of my birthday, it was more the Ayren/Lizette weekly gathering, but it was the start of my weekend)... from the folks we invited out, there was maybe 12 (more or less) of us picnic'ing and walking around looking at cool art. Then Saturday was off to Deep Creek Hot Springs for the start of "Britta/Lizette birthday weekend" where we had a FANTASTIC time.. my original expectation was that i was happy if it was at least britta, michael, brentt and I (I already knew ayren/eric couldn't go)... but it turned out there was about 20 people in our group who drove out there and did the 25 min hike to frolic in the hot springs and probably about 10-15 in our group that camped out that night... it was so awesome cuz a friend brought out a telescope (a huge, high-tech sort of one).. and we saw nebuli, galaxies, jupiter/moons, stars... etc... quite amazing and what a treat! It was just so nice sleeping under the stars.... Sunday was then going to Woodley Park for another GreenSector park party.... it feels like a while since i've gone out dancing so this was loads of fun.
Today we went to Sushi-Zo for Omakase and i think that was the best sushi i've ever had in my life... everything was just so amazingly fresh and just melted in your mouth. I do wish I liked wasabi better... since almost every piece had some in it already, but it was superb nonetheless... and the whole omakase experience was really nice :)

Tomorrow I'm going down for dinner with my mom, brentt, ayren and eric... we're going to go for korean food.. and then later that night I'm off to Technique @ Zanzibar (flyer is previously posted)... Can't get any better than DUBSTEP on my birthday... hurray!!

Next on the agenda... moontribe, moving, then burningman.
